How do I get rid of negative energy? I've accumulated quite a bit of esoteric knowledge but I have been unable to release my mind from National Socialism. National Socialism isn't negative in itself but because of the constant jewish and marxist gaslighting and hatred against White's in American I find it very hard to not be extremely racist. Again I don't think racism is that bad in itself either as long as it's not extreme vitriol where you're constantly spewing hatred, I mean racism in the sense of acknowledging racial differences and not dealing in absolutes.

I've been learning to meditate recently and am trying to align my vibrational energy to open up my 3rd eye and bring harmony to my body but I feel the negative energy I have built up inside me is not releasing or going away and I don't know how to get rid of it and move on to my next level of consciousness.
