My friend, you might have knowledge but it is without wisdom. Egypt, in Asclepius III, is a model of the world at the time of its writing. It is the known world it might as well be the world. From ancient times to now we have repeated disasters amongst our various civilizations and no ancient script better describes the world that we live in today than Asclepius III within the Hermetica.

If you know anything at all about the relation between the Hermetic texts, the Abrahamic religions, and the world today you would see how this snippet is relative to your statements and how it is relative to the importance of this moment in human history.

I am not implying that you were exemplifying the quote. But I see posters attempt to break the spirit of people here for reasons that make little sense. A man is not allowed to sit at a fire spewing hostile statements without getting ash kicked into his face.

Inheritance. My family are large investors into the pharmaceutical industry starting early in the 20th century.
