kek no, a double spend happens when there is a consensus failure, and it wasn't like that
AVAX had a bug in the client code, this happened on the VM layer, not the consensus layer so it's not a consensus failure. This is similar to the BTC inflation bug that created billions of BTC out of thin air. The reason they called it an inflation bug and not a double spend if for the same reason so, in the end, this is just old fud, and it was already refuted.
