Sure inflation adjusted we have been crabbing since the 60s but nominally we are going higher.

Sure a dollar in 1964 is worth about forty dollars today but that life. The houses built then for 5k are worth 300k on average and it will be even more dramatic going forward.

Zoomers who struggle to buy a 1200sqft house now for 300k will be selling that same house for ten million in twenty years to retire to their low rent 20k/mo retirement homes. SPY will be over 30k split adjusted before dividends and the average yearly income will be 500k.
