2018 and 2019 were not bubble years. The vast majority of homeowners own from pre-2020 and didn't buy the top. because millenials are a literal baby boom generation (bigger than boomers) and there is a shortage of houses, millenials are destined to compete hunger games-style for homes for the next 20 years.

Millenials are so fucked for two reasons:

1) millenials are being forced to buy boomer bags at the top, but because of bad demographics, millienials won't have anyone to sell their bags to down the line
2) because men tend to date younger women, there is a shortage of younger women for millenial men to date. there is a huge bulge of 25-34 year old men, but down the line there will be comparatively fewer young women for them to compete over.
