Feelin good bros, about halfway through getting every silver state quarter and should be able to pick up the 2004 set this weekend. I want to rate every quarter from worst to best based on design and sculpt, should I do it as a tier list image or something else like a greentext?

They might not be the best for selling, but when it comes to buying Silver Proof sets are a pretty sweet deal right now. The coin shop happily sold it to me at the same price as basic worn US 90%, most coin shops hate these things since they take up a lot of space and don't move terribly often. Try offloading some from your dealer, you could get a good deal. Especially 2009, probably the best state quarter set to get at the moment since price is rising fast and it's in a FAT box.

As far as the set itself goes it's an alright year, Oregon and Minnesota are the clear standout designs and look great. West Virginia had the potential to be excellent but details are lacking. California has great details but the negative space is really awkward. Kansas is just absolute shit, the buffalo has almost no detail or depth and the design is really bland. It's probably the second worst state quarter yet. While they're only clad I really like the two Jefferson nickels, especially the "Ocean in view! O! The joy!" Lewis and Clark commemorative. Nothing fancy is done with the Sacagawea dollar this year. 6/10 set.
