The paper was created, ordered, and supplied by DHS in bulk for the 2020 Federal elections due to COVID. This was only for the “mail-in ballots.” Many official ballots were destroyed, and the new ones that were fraudulently printed for Biden do not contain the non-radioactive isotope watermark or QFS Blockchain Encryption Code.

Once the recount begins, it will take about 4 days to validate/invalidate the votes, and probably a week to verify the voter eligibility from each ballot.

This is supposedly what happens. Pic related was created after the 2018 mid-term elections. On their site, they themselves said this wasn’t true about DHS. Anyway, let’s see what happens...
