Incredibly bullish, can't wait for the announcement that Sergey has been given a seat on the Committee of 300 and that Chainlink will be providing oracle services to transmit data from our Bill Gates microchips to the WHO databases.

It certainly wouldn't look good for crypto optics in the short term, but GOX was on a whole different level.

You have to understand that Mt. Gox was 70%+ of the total trading volume at that time. Tether, as far as I'm aware, is still largely backed by real money reserves and doesn't come close to that volume. It was only recently that they changed their terms to use crypto as partial collateral for that Bitfinex loan nonsense, so the realistic threat is they get shut down, NOT that they lose everyone's money. Pretty sure they'd get beheaded by mexican cartels if that happened kek.

Don't get me wrong, it will be v bad when Tether gets the banhammer, or if Binance exit scams, but these events are to a large extent actually priced into the markets right now. Crypto's market at this size should be expected to be extremely volatile, but it's incredibly resilient as a technology and will definitely bounce back. As the wise ones often say: when in doubt, zoom out.

This. Even if it’s not tomorrow. Pray to whatever god/lord/king you follow or meditate upon it yourself. And weigh what you find more useful in day to day life: fleeting feelings or effort and conviction. We don’t know where the road ends, but we’re having fun.
