The housing market will NEVER truly crash because e v e r y o n e NEEDS a place to live. They need it so badly they will spent 99% of their paycheck and go into thousands of dollars in debt if it means having a roof over their head. This is why banks can charge insane prices and governments can extort your property via taxes and there will ALWAYS be a buyer.
