Anyone here use Fidelity and have their core position set to the money market fund?
Does that affect settlement at all? Like... is it the same as having your core position set to cash? Or is there any kind of extra delay for when funds get to the "settled" state?

Lol, Fidelity tried to classify me as a "Professional Investor" and start charging me $130/mo for streaming quotes
Idk why they think I'm a professional. All I do is DCA and gamble $50/week on TQQQ options.
Is that what professional investors do these days?

How do the other Fidelity users here file their taxes?
If you use TurboTax, have you ever had any problems? Like with importing and dealing with wash sales?

I walked by my local Fidelity office again today. They were closed, since it's Saturday... but some day I'll walk by during the week and watch the (female) brokers through the window from outside.

Does anyone with Fidelity know how easy it is to open 2nd or 3rd accounts? Or is it free? I have some stock that I'd like to keep separate for personal accounting reasons (they were RSUs from my previous job), and I'd also like to just start buying VOO or shit. I don't want those intermixed with my gambling picks... and I don't want to do math every day anymore...
