there are no laws regarding crypto in Malta.. the average Maltese has no clue what crypto currency is

(and literally half the population cannot read and write..they are illiterate)

However it's very difficult to as a foreigner open a bank account here (Unless you are a hsbc UK client, you can simply switch to from hsbc uk to hsbc malta)

I'm also pretty confident banks like Banif and bank of valetta want nothing to do with crypto payments/withdrawals.
