I'm guessing you're new and haven't seen what happens to this place and /pmg/ when metals start to make any movements. We get flooded with retards and everyone from /smg/ trying to make a quick buck and jump onto the bandwagon, making legit conversation impossible.
It very quickly becomes bobo and mumu posting, "shill me a ticker", and people generally attacking each other for not buying their bags and laughing at each other for failing while larping as making money themselves, just like the rest of /biz/.

We're already getting there. The "shill me your bags" posters are already here and increasing, people who contribute nothing but vitriol like the /smg/ kold faggot, and just general newfaggots and tourists.

We have a handful of dedicated /cmmg/ OGs who are cool and chill as fuck but when threads are archiving 3 times a day it won't matter.

The time of day you expose yourself to light makes you go wakey wakey or sleepy sleepy. How wakey and how sleepy depends on how hurty the bright light is and the angle that the light hits your eye because we've evolved alongside the sun and have circadian rhythm, which fake lights will easily fuck up.

Sun light very bright. Big ouchy when look directly at it. Much more ouchy than the moon, thats why even at night its still dark and not ouchy to look at, and even with clouds it still light in daytime. Get ouchy light early morning wakes you up, make brain think hey it morning time, time to wake up, make you more productive and chain reaction in brain to sleep better later thanks to circadian rhythm, but too much ouchy light in evening confuse rhythm and make you wake up and hard to sleep. If ouchy light come into eye at high angle (from above) stupid monkey brain tells itself its early in the day and not 11pm so sleepy sleepy chemicals go bye bye and hello wakey wakey. Hard to sleep, less efficient sleep. Not sleep very easy or very well.

TLDR use lamps in the evening time and try not to have crazy bright lights at all because your melatonin (the thing that makes you want to go sleepy) will disappear frighteningly fast under light exposure. You want dimmer lights and lower angles the closer you are to bedtime because the brain is amazing but easily fooled. Going to sleep will be much easier and the sleep itself will be much more efficient rest.
