There comes a point when you have to ask yourself

If you're like me and have finally come to answer the latter, I have some advice. I was in the same place, and I want to help my fellow bros that have open ears

1. Drown out all noise. Block 4chan on your browser, leave all discord groups and chats that don't offer any value. The FUD and useless noise will cloud your judgement and cause you to buy high, and sell low

2. Only follow the signals of a few expert traders with a solid history of profitable trades. The best I've found on telegram from loads of searching are Bitcoin Bravado, Whalepump Reborn, and Crypto Monkey Signals. All three have called multiple 3 digit % gains in the past month

3. Stop staring at charts. It helps to diversify, I'd suggest atleast 5 coins, so you're not emotionally attached to one. Trusting the signals from the groups above will keep you at peace so you're not stressing out over when to sell

It's literally that simple. Do you want to continue following amateur pajeets on 4chan, go up 50% in one week, and down 60% the next? Or do you want to be rich?
