Call me retarded if you wish for possibly realizing this late but since BBBY according to Robinhood's class action lawsuit is the second highest short interest stock of the "meme" stock basket, then Ryan can use BBBY in order to profit off of the MOASS since BBBY would also squeeze a lot.

He would get less gains than if he were to long GME [, a stock with a higher short interest,] sure, but he wouldn't be sued for market manipulation. Technically, he never directly profitted off of the GME squeeze but rather the BBBY squeeze (which was caused by the GME squeeze but Ryan can just say it was a "coincidence"). Since never manipulated BBBY's stock price, all of his gains were earned through pure "prediction" and not by engineering the outcome. Therefore, Ryan is innocent and suing him is a hopeless cause.
