How do you get over rugpull PTSD? I lost so much on a rugpull but managed to climb all the way back up to 75% of what I lost on other BSC chink scams. Now I can't help but watch the charts even wen I buy high mcap 'safe' coins and when I see red my lizard brain thinks 'Its happening again' and I freak out.
I couldnt sleep for 48 hours after that rugpull and only rested when I managed to claw some back.

I'm a 20 year old australian with 100k in crypto. Would i be an idiot dropping out of my shitty marketing degree and go travel and work around the world while trading crypto?
