I used to frequent ecafes from like 2002-2011. There were not very many at all in NYC where I live, but the ones that did exist were all always jam packed with gamers laughing and pwning eachother 24/7. It was really a great atmosphere and i am sure they all made bank and i made a lot of friends who thought I was a god but I was really just hacking in counterstrike. This was all PC though, theyd have to get creative to make sure kids dont steal wireless controllers

Thats exactly what i used to do, it was always a blast. They would charge 3$ per hour or 10$ for 4, plus sold drinks and snacks. I am sure kids would flock to it afterschool to participate in some face to face matchmaking.

Id be interested to see some Anons thoughts are about when the next correction might occur? We are in such a bubble and I expect a crash within a few months. I am about to cash out my entire portfolio and move on to practicing FX markets for a while
