I work at the beach.
I've worked beach maintenance for several years.
All those beachfront properties are incredibly overrated.
The constant maintenance, the property taxes, the salt air destroying your home and vehicles, etc.etc.
The parking is horrendous, beach erosion IS a thing, the houses are smashed up together, everything is way more expensive, you stop smelling the sea air after a year or two and so on and so forth.
Hey, I get it. You like the beach.

You know who else likes the beach?
EVERYONE ELSE!
Drunks, tourists, homeless, especially the homeless, all love the beach and will be all around your property, parking In your spaces every fucking day.
