Watch a 5 minute tutorial on how to use etherdelta. I'm a retard and I figured it out, so I trust you can too, OP

Sup /biz/,

Mostly lurk but I have a need for some advice. I work for an insurance company as an adjuster, but I want to make a move to a field position. I hate being stuck in an office 8 hours a day (with my regular overtime my days are usually 10-12).

I have an interview for a field position, but because it's with the same company they're going to ask if they can speak with my current manager before they make any decisions.

My current manager is terrible and condescending, and I know she won't give me a good reference simply because I don't kiss ass and partake in her stupid fundraising activities.

So...how can I tactfully tell the interviewers (one of them would be my new boss, assuming I get the job) that I would rather they not speak with my current manager? She's one of the biggest reasons I want to leave - she constantly stifles my development and refuses to let me do any mentoring/extra training.

Thanks /biz/
