I'm 23. I have never been in debt. I own many acres of land and built my own home(1500sqft). I have vehicles. I paid for this by working from a young age and went through with it at 21. It's a homestead. I have about 95,000 cash, and make about 45,000 per year +-10,000 in several different easy jobs. I spent about 5,000 last year when I was a lot for me. I bypassed the rat race by putting in the time while I was very young and had the energy to do it easily. Old people with millions of dollars are it as wealthy as I am, because they do not have time. Time is everything. I implore the rest of my generation(Z) of males to follow my path and not waste your youth. Learn about carpentry, masonry, landscaping, permaculture etc... Even the christians knew. Give a man a fish he eats for a day, but teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime. I used voice to text for this so it may not make sense.
