Reminder that the SEC lawsuit is theater, intended to provide regulatory clarity for digital assets

-Mary Jo White, the former director of the SEC, is on Ripple's legal team

-Andrew Ceresny, the former director of enforcement for the SEC, is on Ripple's legal team

-XRP has been ruled a currency (and not a security) by the department of justice, Fincen, and the financial authorities of England, Japan, Singapore and Switzerland

-SEC commissioner Hester Pierce and incoming SEC director Gerry Gensler have both spoken publicly about the need for regulatory clarity surrounding digital assets

-when the SEC lawsuit is dropped, the Howey Test will be replaced by the Ripple Test, establishing Ripple as the industry leader and XRP as The Standard, and the price of XRP will skyrocket in a single enormous market dildo the size, shape, and color of the Jolly Green Giant.

-There is a good chance that this will happen sometime between Tuesday February 16 and Tuesday February 23. I know this because my mind is a finely-tuned radio receiver capable of perceiving the Music of the Spheres

not fake, just operating in different spheres of the internet i assume. and yes, some probably fail to catch on- because it's not ALL fake, there's an organic, viral element to all this, right? it's interactive. that's what makes ARGs fun, and also creepy- the line between fiction and reality, subjective and objective, real and fake gets very blurry or even nonexistent. we just had an ARG-fuelled LARP a fucking coup on the most powerful government in the world. it's not all fake, because i spend a lot of my time in these threads, and bake some of them, and i'm not getting paid, right? they take on a life of their own. but, it seems like sometimes "insiders" drop by and drop "breadcrumbs" like articles or pictures or memes or whatever. if this interests you, I recommend reading this:

we know 4chan has been used for other ARGs- notably Cicada 3301 and Q- so why not XRP too? similar modus operandi, similar goal (identify, profile and recruit autists with a knack for pattern recognition). i think it's plausible. then again it could all be in my head.
