No I don't believe a $3k price target is feasible without significant mutations in the pox or another strain "appearing". That said, this strain is already extremely sketchy, something like this doesn't just pop up out of nowhere. Keep an eye on things.
Should the stock price not effect the coming sales I would expect strong dividends. If the stock price is priced accurately then we won't need them and they won't happen.
