Because BitcoinSV is the only public blockchain that works at scale and can process the amount of transactions required for a US election.

It also support smart contracts, almost non-existent fees as well as instant transactions. As far as public blockchains go, BitcoinSV has no competition - it's literally the only game in town for enterprise and/or national election usage.
