with an unbelievable ratio of meat and vegetables to carbs, the panini chicken wrap takes 5 minutes to make thanks to the "ingredients in a cup" design.

1 cup contains: tomato, cucumber, iceberg, meat, cheese and 2 olives.
When its dinner time you simple put 2 spoons of beans(or beans paste), maybe 1 spoon of salsa (onions anyone?) - then you dump the cup on top, wrap it up and into the panini press for 3 minutes to heat up.

Provided you have spent 1 hour (during work) to bake the meat on your panini press (in just 7 minutes for a piece) and chopped all your vegetables ready in cups, you now have 8 cups and can make a wrap in 5 minutes anytime!

this is literally faster than waiting in line at mcdonalds to order a onions burger, small and flat like poop.

some say..the panini is the ultimate life hack of eating, coming at 1.60$ in this form compared to a 7$ mcdonalds wrap or a 2$ tiny piece of shit burger.
