Beef liver in particular is the only thing that I think deserves the title of 'superfood'. Eating it corrects so many types of nutrient deficiencies it's ridiculous.

There's a reason it's the first thing predators go for in a carcass. I always notice I feel a bit better after eating some.

Garbage is a little harsh, but yes everything they do somebody else does better, except maybe the drink variety.

The appeal is just the sheer variety. For some reason bouncing around between 5 different menu items makes them all taste better. It's like the cheerleader effect cept for food, idfk how to explain it.
