Dave: I think they just dump more paper silver on the market to dump silver prices instead. They're not going to dump their own physical silver.
David: On the same track myself but a little different. It's hard to follow the amount of silver in the market since there is a lot to monitor. I'm conservative on the amount of silver they're holding. I don't think they're holding as much as many believe.
Dave: A billion ounces sounds like a bit too much. Nobody really knows.
