>what our compensation vs cost of living of course is the great concern for us wagies now, even "skilled-worker" and a good percentage of "professionals" will be facing with this.
>six figure hell is real.
This!
I've got a comfy 6 figures of cash lying around (Yeah, I know, but I can't just put everything into pms) and a well paid job (way above my countries median), but there's just no way I can buy a house (I've got some farmland already, so there's that) with a reasonable credit, even if I'm getting some run down piece of shit in 1-hour-commuting-+-bumfuck-nowhere.
But yeah, I probably won't have to hunger and I will always be able to watch the latest and greatest talk-of-the-town netflix series!
Guess I'll keep stacking and waiting.

>How do normies do it?
>I'm getting really nervous if I'm not solidly in the green after a months end.
which means about 1k€, give or take. And let's say my rent increases by 400€ (which is the low end), my wage decreases by 200€, I suddenly got to commute for 200€ worth of fuel (+ more maintenance for the car and more depreciation due to more use) and the wife needs a car too, since everything outside the cities requires a car based lifestyle, so another 200€ at minimum and suddenly I'm living paycheck to paycheck, with nothing left at months end and I gotta dig into my savings for anything unforeseen.
And since I'm not a zoomer, I can't just simply cancel a bunch of subscription services and OF hoes to free a few hundred €'s, since I got none to start with and I also can't eat out less, since I don't do that either.
Again, how do normies do it?
Just take up credit upon credit and let the kids take care of it later? I'm just not that kind of asshole. In fact, I'd rather pass on something to my kids, but I doubt I'll get that much to pass on as my parents have or as they got from their parents.
Oh well, gotta take the kid for a walk, so I'm gonna swithc IDs.
