also if it does get over with before summer there's an expected second wave that will hit in autumn so you want to be prepared to sell before that and then buy back in later at lower prices

Since I have no where better to say this I'll do it here.

1. Global Rule #3 is absolute horse shit and gives mods a blanket rule to ban whoever they want for whatever reason they want. At least break the thing up into several parts so you know what you were banned for.

2. Not being able to dispute/appeal "short bans" is bullshit (3 days isn't short if you have been here every day since 2007) and it feels hopeless to dispute most of the times anyway. There should be a more fair system.

3. Mods shouldn't be able to ban you globally (from all boards) unless you violate US law. Acceptable board culture varies greatly from board to board and it doesn't make sense for a mod to ban you from a board that he might not even visit himself.

4. How about always giving a warning first instead of banning immediately? Again, board cultures varies. For example posting half naked women is acceptable on /biz/ but might not be on /mu/ or /sp/. And some boards are clearly more nazi about language than others.
