we're in a bit of a bind here because obviously nobody wants to work when they can do it from home - this is obvious
what's slightly less obvious is any startup who can avoid an office will now do so to cut costs and any business who can leave their office without powerful managers (who need you in an office for their vampiric energy draining to work) will be financially motivated to leave their office
what the market hasn't quite priced in is the absolute decimation of commercial real estate demand in the biggest housing bubble of all time leading to an "unforeseen" event in which people simply band together and live in offices because it's cheaper, until zoning catches up or housing implodes
