It's a group 10+ guys, admins who reach out and connect with models and create marketing assets, and recently a community member produced physical brapper stickers that can be printed and posted around cities/towns.

Also the successful projects usually had a lot of money coming in to begin with, enough to get on things like Binance or Bitifinex from the get-go. And I can't think of any TRULY successful project that isn't listed on at least 5+ exchanges.
