had a thought about this. assuming the voting is not a "first passed the post" system this wouldn't work. the majority holder would have to wait x amount of time, at which point it would be very clear to the community what this bad actor was doing.

Now that I have your attention. When we file our taxes, we are filing it for the past year, correct? I am filing my taxes now in 2021, and it is for all of my income in 2020.

Historically, GRT is a pump and dump. Hate to break it to you folks, but it is. These are the facts. People saying it isn't, you're on the wrong side of the data. The entire market is being run by trade bots. Large GRT tokens have been already allocated to holders, way before GRT even hit the exchange platforms, because of testnet operations (before mainnet).

I estimate each token to be valued at 0.30-0.35 maximum until larger companies want to use it, which currently they don't, because it is too expensive too. ETH is expensive, in general, to use anyway.

With that being said, GRT is a utility token which means the price has to remain low for companies to even want to use it. It is just the way it is right now.

Doctors in general are way too overvalued and don't really need anywhere near that much funding / grad school. COVID-19 hysteria would have been a non-issue if we just required the same level of education and training any other trade has like plumbing or HVAC.
The idea doctors need to be this special scarce class of super-geniuses doesn't really benefit anyone except maybe the lenders financially and the doctors emotionally.
Since that's not likely to happen the next best thing is hoping tech companies will gradually limit the extent human doctors are involved in medical services.

Well that buying power was/is my current cash position. I've done some digging, I might not be entirely fucked yet, when looking through the other options I've let expire in the past the transaction was made the following Monday, this could be a real long and stressful weekend though. However I only let these other options expire because they were OTM, I've ever exercised an ITM option before, but I'm a compulsive autist and followed every step accordingly and checked and rechecked it.

also took screencaps of every step of the process, because I'm a paranoid fuck and there's no way I wouldn't be documenting a transaction worth thousands of dollars that's out of my control.

I'm not actually a bobo. Just explaining the phenomenon. Normal people try to pick winners. People more involved in trading subcultures (whether skillfully or badly incompetent) are the ones trying to short.

>Why would it be tanking this year?
It won't. These anons are convinced foreclosures will cause it when in reality you would need interest rates raised first (2008 interest rates were 3 times where they're at now) and you would also need to stop foreign buyers from making up the difference baby boomers would have left behind had we not decided anyone can take out mortgages and by American property even without living here or being a citizen.
Also with COVID-19 the lenders have an excuse to simply let people behind on payments keep extending their term even further, making 50 year mortgages a more common thing now.
And part of why so much new monetary supply was added is because more inflation = easier to manage debt.
2008 hit when people were complacent and not being careful about loan approvals at a time with less inflation and a lot higher interest, and none of those ingredients are in play this year.
I would take the stance that if you see interest rates go up then a crash is a lot more possible in the bear future, but if they stay low then real estate will continue operating on tutorial mode.
