vegetarians are totally wrong, vegetables are basically useless because they have less nutrients and vitamins than meat (by a substantial margin) and are also full of antinutrients like Phytic Acid which means the bioavailability of the few nutrients they DO have is very low. Meat, fat, and organs meanwhile have no antinutrients and have much much higher levels of basically every nutrient. Bonus points for eating your animal products raw or rare. The quality of the animals has a significant impact on the nutrient density too- grass fed/ pastured animals are much much healthier than grain fed. Raw grass fed animal fat is one of the healthiest things you can eat.
