Anons, I am in I.T currently over 1yr. Been getting a lot of joocy interviews way above what I am currently doing. No degree yet but in uni. Got some decent certs, no Comptia bs. Recently got pay raise but still under earning by a significant margin. Might get an increase in title potentially. Currently leading a team of 7 people on end-to-end deployment project for a client that our MSP obtained. I think my personality is really holding me back in the interviews because overall my skill set is almost 1:1 in regards to what the perfect candidate would be in reference to their expectations. I have been practicing a lot and have reasonably decent answers prepared for typical questions. I just get the feeling that I am not passing the “vibe-check” or they feel I am uniquely under and over qualified at the same time. Really weird situation.

>Any advice? Been struggling for awhile.

Most of these jobs would pretty much double my salary and the company would be a massive improvement so I understand such a big step is not easy but I feel like such an idiot to be struggling so hard.
