Only time I ever walked in on people selling was a big gaggle of 50-60 year old boomers selling their father's stack, he had a quarter eagle indian head, and a small pile of buffalo nickels, wheat pennies and a steel penny (I bought the steel penny for three cents)

The boomers fucks wanted to go on vacation with the stack, I swear most boomers have no soul they're entirely id driven. It was kindof nice to see them get let down from most of the pile like that, just squander their dad's savings on a trashy vegas/cancoon/sandals resort like that

Back on topic any kids I have are going to KNOW about the value of PMs, if they sell off my coins when I die I hope it's for food, guns or a house. Mom gave me a Morgan Dollar her family had kept when I was only five or six, that got me interested in coins ever since. It's just a common issue, nothing crazy like a CC but it will definitely be a "Do Not sell" along with WAGMI, Holo and gilded Yotsuba

Not a bad buy if you're buying Morgans for the design and not by weight (since Melt value is only around $18). Way too many old people in the US think 90% coinage, Morgans and Peace dollars, and US Silver Eagles are the only valid forms of silver. Seriously, dinged up common date Morgans are selling for over double their melt value and boomers are buying them up because they're that dumb. Silver Eagles are selling for $42-43 at most coin shops even though you can buy Maples and Britannias, much more secure coins for $10-$15 cheaper. I'm buying any cheapish US coinage I can get in case I have to deal with a retarded boomer in the future
