For a while I worked in a toxic team while going through a divorce, death of my grandma and my dad on the IC. To cope I started to eat to much junk (gain 15 kg), and drinked heavy during weekdays (because without I couldn't sleep).

I was literally losing everything, but then it hit me. I've only got myself to blame for the decline not my whore ex, not god, not my job. I've decided to take control back.

Switched to a comfy job, started exercising 4 times a week, quit the booze , quit social media and unironical quit /pol/ .

I'm feeling better then ever, only need my crypto to pamp so I can fully leave the rat race.
