I'm getting legit afraid that this memery will crash the markets for real.
Normal investors follow the news. The news are going on and on about how internet memery is pumping and dumping stocks. This gets the normal investors afraid, makes them feel powerless. They start feeling that the market is out of control, and this is crazy. They start hedging their positions and pulling money out of riskier investments. This could escalate.
