Financially speaking, I and my gf both live at our parents home's and have been saving money to eventually get a house. My gf has been going on about getting an apartment together sometime this year but I'm just too comfy at home just working and saving money while continuing to DCA into bitcoin. Is it worth getting an apartment together when we can both just continue saving money living at our family's homes? I've tried to tell her that once interests rates come down and the bull market comes back well be in a better position to buy a house but she's insistent on getting an apartment. I've seen that before and honestly don't believe it. There are far more popular streamers/creators who don't make nearly that much. Bella Delphine who was basically ranked top 5 for many years and became a household name in that industry didn't make that much. Amouranth was is 10x more famous and made about half of that but she's been in the industry for a very long time. Someone who comes out of nowhere and claims to make way more than veterans in the industry who have an established following and probably are more entertaining or else they wouldn't have lasted. That's like a brand new player who nobody has ever heard of and no record getting drafted to the NBA and getting paid more than Lebron.
