Duh. 30-35 is the oldest millennials aka millennial boomers. Graduated high school right around great recession of 08-09 but rode it out in school/early wagie jobs. Which is better? Is owning a boomer meme?
Until recently I assumed owning was always better, but I started actually looking into basic amortization schedules and realized you hardly get any amount of equity for like 5 fucking years. If you have to move at least once in 10 years, you're pretty much cucked and would have been way better off renting and buying stocks.
