Yes, the largely belong to one of these three groups:

After Constellation went into stealth mode, fired CEO and lots of fud from angry pre-sale investors (investing before crypto crash), there were virtually no buyers at all. On top of that, lots of investors got problems with paying taxes as suddenly every transaction between crypto to crypto was a taxable event and they had to sell tons to pay for taxed. Some of them are bankrupt and the sell orders are still there, placed by tax collectors. The buy order book has been filling every day the last two months. Hotbit is wash trading with virtually no volume, so for a few bucks you can flash crash the price. Somebody is clearly doing that and trying to spook the market.
