It's good money for the Midwest and I should be up to $76,000 this May but I'm not really satisfied. Thinking about jumping to another position in the six figures, maybe a senior or lead role somewhere.

Do any other software anons have any input? I like the company I work for and coworkers, and I'm barely expected to do anything so it's really laid back, but I'd like to accelerate my earning and investing.
