Probably bad. When I was seven I was jumping on trampoline with two of my older cousins. They double jumped me. A double jump on a trampoline is when another person or person rapidly push down on the trampoline surface to preload the springs right as another person is about to land. The effect is a significantly greater launch than a single person would generate from their own body weight. So up in to the air I flew and for some reason I turned upside down. I then landed face first and was knocked out. Fairly sure I had a concussion but I never went to doctor about it. Things were a little different for me ever since that and I wonder about long term damage. Memory damage, mainly.
