Is buying and forgetting a good strategy?
Im not talking only about big names such as BTC and ETH, I mean things like LINK, ADA, DOT, GRT, etc etc

I get pretty anxious because Im constantly checking the price and I thought maybe deleting blockfolio and blocking any info related to crypto may give me peace of mind, but I can potentially lose big gains, specially when it comes to alts.
