There's this ticker called ACMR and could someone clear something up for me regarding it?
>ACMR was founded in US in '98
>ACMR Shanghai was created in '08, it has its own ticker
>ACMR owns 82.5% of ACMR Shanghai stock
>ACMR is valued at 700 million USD while ACMR Shanghai (publicly traded on Shanghai stock exchange) is trading at 7 000 million
>Sketchy inventories
Subsidiary value isn't added to book value and there's a short seller report by J Capital from 2020 that suggested they have some extremely shady accounting practices. They also made some allegations that the technology used isn't as high tech as the firm alleges. However there's increased demand from solar so idk.

So why has it been consistently rising? Their numbers are good but if it's because of cooked numbers then how long can the rise continue?

I own the stock and I'm wondering if I should sell now
