I wasn't able to find much. The description is "1975 Japanese 50 grams Pure Silver 50th Anniversary Emperor Coin", and it has a diameter of 50mm. I found this:

I'm guessing you found that as well, but in case you didn't there's additional pictures there. There's pics of what appears to be an original box with writing on the lid and a COA, so if you have a friend who can translate that might offer additional info.
