They're all flat. Show me which logo is '3D', they all use flat colours, just clever use of colour palette

Fair enough, but that's not an inconsistency in the fundamental design of the logo, it's just a design choice...it still uses the light to dark/dark to light style in the other logos and thin to bold/bold to thin and I think it looks better that way (they could probably adopt that same style with the others tbH)
