No - picrel. "By 2023", to me, means when the clock struck 0000hrs on 1/1/2023, that thing he said would happen would have happened. It did not.
I love and hate larpers. They provide hopium yet are so full of shit. I could use a good larper about now but am also so passed that. I just hodl and don't really give a shit anymore. If XRP ends up becoming a rug pull, it would not bother me at all. I'm not rich, I just wouldn't give a shit. I guess I am somewhat demoralized with the SEC bullshit, no appreciative price action when good news about XRP comes out, and all the other shitcoins doing 10x-100x while I hold shitRP. Oh well.
