Probably not. Stephen Tse is a dictator and is the reason why multiple core team members have left or are leaving and the team is getting sued for pulling a Facebook-Eduardo Saverin type move on one of the cofounders.
Community can’t reach a consensus on the bridge asset recovery plan because people don’t realize there’s no way they get the full value of their assets back.
If core team gives up large % of treasury, one is going to omegadump and they won’t have funding to continue. They also can’t promise full reimbursement because you have to give people one tokens that are vested over years and in a few years, there will be tens of chains that can do what harmony does.
The only hope is if tse leaves and bridge asset holders accept that they won’t get their full value back
