There is some API in IB but I haven't look it into it yet. I assume it will be quite straightforward.
It's just
scan the list of stonks maybe every few mins -> check the opening price -> calculate the diff. with the current one -> buy -> monitor more -> sell.
3 stonks skyrocketed today fucking 30%!
