Unless you already come from a wealthy family willing to lend you a hand, you’re dealing with loans for a 4 year uni, plus med school, plus getting paid peanuts for a residency where you are worked to the bone, just for the hope of making something that many more got to 10 years earlier just by working. Medicine is unironically one of the worst things to do if making a lot of money is your goal, you should go into it because you find it interesting, not because of what people make over a decade later.
