Millennials are the only generation that got priced out of home ownership without the slightest opportunity to buy into a dip, and now they're all at or passed the prime age to form families. It's that simple unfortunately. Some were lucky or smart enough to seek out other safe havens like crypto but most of them just got crushed under the weight of the financial system operating at 0% interest for a decade during the formative years of their careers.
