what does it mean when you transition from browsing /smg/ only during market hours, to browsing during after hours, to browsing /smg/ during the weekend, to preferring /smg/ during non market hours, to not visiting /smg/ during market hours and exclusively on nights and weekends?

do you get taxed on any position you close for a gain, or only when you withdraw from the broker? i have made +$800 but my fidelity tax forms, while they still say I have made +$800, they dont have that on my form

and as of just checking, now I have this: "As of today, we do not expect that any of your Fidelity accounts will be issued a tax form for this year."
